Martha Lake Townhomes
The Martha Lake Townhomes was built with quality and livability in mind. Each three-story townhome has its own private garages, outdoor patio, workshop space, walk-in closets, stainless steel appliances, LVT flooring, in-unit washer/dryer, and modern finishes. Floorplans were designed to maximize usage of the space, with plenty of storage and kitchens large enough to cook a feast.

Completed in 2010, the View 222 was designed with many years’ experience of understanding tenants’ needs. We opted to build spacious units and strove to make use of every square foot to maximize livable space. The View 222 was built to condo standards, meaning you will never hear your neighbors tap dancing in the middle of the night!
